We are pleased to invite orthopaedic surgeons to an intensive two-day cadaveric course dedicated to anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, designed to provide a strong practical focus and a direct translation of knowledge into everyday clinical practice.
The course is led by Dr Urszula Zdanowicz and delivered by an experienced international and national faculty, including prof. Thomas Patt and prof. Wojciech Widuchowski, and also dr Juliusz Dec, dr Maciej Bień, dr Magdalena Syrek. The program combines current anatomical, biomechanical, and clinical concepts with extensive hands-on cadaveric training, conducted in small working groups (2 delegates for each cadaver workstation) to ensure a high level of interaction with the instructors.
The practical sessions are complemented by focused lectures covering ACL injury prevention, postoperative rehabilitation, graft selection in primary and revision ACL reconstruction, graft healing and remodeling, as well as a practical demonstration of clinical knee examination.

Lecturers:
Dr Urszula Zdanowicz
Experienced orthopaedic surgeon and recognized instructor in advanced knee arthroscopy training.
Prof. Thomas Patt
Renowned orthopaedic surgeon based in the Netherlands, specializing in arthroscopic knee surgery and ACL injury prevention. He currently serves as President of ESMA/ESSKA and leads international initiatives to improve knee injury prevention and treatment in young athletes.
prof. Wojciech Widuchowski
Orthopaedic surgeon practicing in Poland with extensive expertise in sports injury treatment and knee surgery. He serves as a consultant, academic lecturer, and trainer in national and international orthopaedic courses and contributes to scientific publications in the field.
dr Juliusz Dec
Specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology with a particular focus on sports injuries, joint instability, and reconstructive procedures. He has extensive clinical experience in joint surgery, arthroscopy, fracture management, and complex ligament reconstructions.
dr Maciej Bień
Specialist in radiology and diagnostic imaging with expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound and imaging for orthopaedic care. He teaches imaging techniques at professional radiology courses and aids clinicians in precise diagnosis through advanced ultrasound evaluation.
dr Magdalena Syrek
Physical therapist specializing in orthopaedic rehabilitation, focusing on post-injury and post-surgical recovery of the knee, ankle, foot, hand, and Achilles tendon. She teaches clinical orthopaedic rehabilitation topics at professional courses and has co-authored a protocol on Achilles tendon rehabilitation.

Cost of participation: PLN 7200
The cost of participation includes: participation in the training, coffee breaks,
and a certificate of participation in the course with educational points.
Parking: there is free parking for CEM course participants in front of the CEM entrance — entrance from Bysławska / Poematu Street through the barrier — it is necessary to validate the ticket taken at the barrier after obtaining a stamp at the CEM reception desk.

Confirmation of registration:
The number of places is limited.
After signing up for the training, you will receive confirmation of your entry on the list and payment instructions.
After paying for the training, you will receive confirmation of your participation in the training.
Participants are accepted for training on a first-come, first-served basis.
We keep reserve lists.
If you have a discount voucher, please enter the voucher code and its value in the “Message to the Organizer” field of the registration form. Discounts cannot be combined.
Cancellation policy:
Due to the need to prepare materials and equipment before each training course, we would be grateful if you could contact us immediately if you are unable to attend the course.
Cancellation after March 1, 2026, or absence from the course will result in an obligation to cover the full cost of participation based on an invoice issued by Centrum Edukacji Medycznej Sp. z o.o.
Cancellations should be sent by email to kontakt@cem-med.pl. Cancellations will be confirmed in writing by the Organizer.
Cancellations submitted by March 1, 2026 (inclusive) will not incur any financial charges. Failure to make payment does not constitute cancellation of participation. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please designate a replacement for the registered person. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the meeting, make changes to the program, and change the venue of the meeting.
